4. Shipping & Delivery

- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

5. Returns & Refunds
- Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in case of size issues. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective products received. Proof (images or video) must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange: In size-related returns, customers may opt for an exchange of the same product in the correct size.
- Non-returnable Items: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or without original packaging will not be accepted.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
